About Us
The Positive Outcomes Project (POP) is a health and wellbeing service catered for young adults aged 15-25 In Walsall. We are here to help support young adults and explore challenges together, whether that be mental health and wellbeing, finances and employment, loneliness and isolation and any other issues. This service is co-produced and designed by young adults, which adds ownership and creativity.
Pop ups and pop outs
POP Ups and POP Outs are flexible, community-based sessions designed to support young adults wherever they are. POP Ups bring a free drop in guidance and skill-building opportunities directly into familiar settings like schools, colleges, and youth centres. While POP Outs offer fun, informal activities in local spaces to help young people get active, connect with others, and build confidence. Together, they make support accessible, engaging, and rooted in the heart of the Walsall community.

Our website and Services
POP has a website that serves as an online service directory accessible to everyone. It covers a wide range of challenges and offers links and information about various referral pathways. The site can be used to signpost young adults to local health and wellbeing services. It also acts as our referral hub, where young adults can refer themselves or be referred into the service directly through the website.
Mentoring and 1-1 support are available through a referral made on our website. This process ensures a nurturing approach, matching each young adult with a trained member of our team who specialises in health and wellbeing support. Our staff are dedicated to making a positive difference and inspiring change. Sessions are delivered either in person, via phone call or online, depending on what feels most comfortable for the young adult and helps them get the most out of the service.
